AGS Records Management Mauritius organised an open house at its Arsenal offices on 17 April 2019, to introduce its archiving services to companies around the island.

The archiving services have been fully operational at AGS Mauritius since June 2018. The 360m2 floor space warehouse includes two storage levels with a total capacity of 19,000 50-litre containers. The building is fully secured with access control, a video surveillance system and, burglar and fire alarm systems. In addition to physical archiving, AGS Mauritius also offers an audit service, mass digitization and heritage digitization, environmentally-friendly archive boxes to purchase, and the destruction of documents.

Around fifteen people attended this event including representatives of Total, BCP Bank Mauritius, Apave, the law firm, Legis & Partner Ltd, Talenteum, a recruitment agency, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the real estate agent, Ambalaba and the Asset Management firm.

Benjamin Santini, AGS Mauritius Manager, Catherine Pichon, Records Management Manager, and Samuel Mergui, International Records Management Director, presented the archiving services over a breakfast at the Mauritian branch and showed its state-of-the-art facility.

The two-hour presentation was very fruitful since a few contracts have already been inked. Well done to the AGS Mauritius team for this initiative which demonstrated its dynamism.
